Today we will take a look at the live resin from Cosmic Brands from Cosmic Distribution. Cosmic Distribution currently offers flower eighths, cartridges, concentrates, edibles, and tinctures in select dispensaries throughout California. Cosmic Brands collaborates with small legacy farms, such as Arcanna Flowers, Ridgetop Botanicals, and Norse Organics, for their live resin concentrates. This is the first time I’ve tried this brand, which mostly offers only live resin concentrates in select dispensaries and deliveries throughout California. For this review, I will take a look at three varieties of live resin concentrates from Cosmic Brands.

Golden Tangie sauce and diamonds are just as tasty and potent as Guild Extracts and Cali Stripe Concentrates

This week, I picked up Golden Tangie sauce and diamonds grown from Norse Organics. Golden Tangie is a Sativa dominant hybrid cross between Golden Goat and Tangie. When opening the jar of this sauce and diamonds, it mainly consisted of two large boulder-sized THC crystals surrounded in a soup-like HTE sauce. Its look is similar to the diamond sauce from Guild Extracts and Cali Stripe Concentrates.

The aroma of this Golden Tangie is sweet, floral, and pungent with flavors of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, and earth. The effects of Golden Tangie felt uplifting, focused, and euphoric. This sauce and diamonds are perfect for anyone looking for a boost of creativity or great as a wake and bake session. This strain may alleviate symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety, fatigue, inflammation, and muscle spasms. The THC % is approx. 70.84%, the total CBD is 0.15%, the terpene % is 9.80% and the total cannabinoid % is 72.97%.

Sundae Driver live resin is just as tasty and potent as Cannatique and Terp Hogz

Next, I also picked up their Sundae Driver live resin from Ridgetop Botanicals. Sundae Driver is a balanced hybrid between Fruity Pebbles OG and Grape Pie. The look of this Sundae Driver consists of small round tapioca-sized THC crystals in thick HTE sauce, similar to the live resin from Cannatique and Terp Hogz. The aroma of this Sundae Driver is sweet, creamy, and fruity with flavors of grapes, chocolate, and earth. The effects felt initially cerebral as it is felt in your face. That is followed by a body high that spreads throughout the limbs and relaxes the muscles and nerves. This live resin was great for afternoons and for creative activities. This strain may alleviate symptoms of depression, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and insomnia. The THC % is approx. 70.84%, the total CBD is 0.15%, the terpene % is 9.80% and the total cannabinoid % is 72.97%.

3 Bears OG live resin looks similar to MX Brand, Dimebag Co., and Highland Oil Company

Finally, I picked their 3 Bears OG live resin with their old packaging. 3 Bears OG is an Indica dominant triple cross between Bear OG x Karma’s Cut OG x Triangle Kush. The look of this 3 Bears OG feels more typical of other live resin concentrates, similar to the live resin from MX Brand, Dimebag Co., and Highland Oil Company. The aroma of 3 Bears Kush is tropical, fruity, and skunky with flavors of citrus, pine, and watermelon.

The effects of 3 Bears Kush felt mellow, relaxing, and euphoric then eventually sleepy. This live resin was perfect for evenings and for weekends. This strain may alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, nausea/loss of appetite, and insomnia. The THC % is approx. 79.68%, the total CBD is less than 0.2%, the terpene % is 7.81% and the total cannabinoid % is 91.21%.

3 Bears OG felt the most potent, less tasty than the other two live resins from Cosmic Brands

Cosmic Brands’ live resin concentrates are priced around $30 for a gram, pre-tax. In my opinion, this is some of the best recent live resin I’ve had for its overall quality, potency, and taste at an incredibly affordable price. The Golden Tangie sauce and diamonds are just as tasty and potent as Guild Extracts and Cali Stripe Concentrates. In addition, the Sundae Driver live resin is also as tasty and potent as the live resin concentrates from Cannatique and Terp Hogz. However, while the 3 Bears OG was less tasty than the other two, it was more potent than the other two.

Cosmic Brands live resin is one of the best

In conclusion, Cosmic Brands’ live resin is easily one of the best live resin for its surprisingly amazing quality, strong potency, and deliciously smooth taste. The Golden Tangie sauce and diamonds are similar to the diamond sauce from Guild Extracts and Cali Stripe Concentrates, in terms of appearance, potency, and taste. The Sundae Driver live resin is just as tasty and potent as Cannatique and Terp Hogz. On the other hand, the 3 Bears OG felt more potent than the other two live resin concentrates. However, the 3 Bears OG isn’t quite as tasty as the other two live resin from Cosmic Brands. Currently, Cosmic Brands live resin concentrates can be found in select dispensaries throughout California.
